Our international range of courses equips Ambulance Staff, Clinicians, Senior Nurses, Airport Fire Services, and Pre-Hospital Emergency Clinicians with essential skills for commanding at major incidents. Over comprehensive days, participants will engage in topics such as command and control, triage, and effective communication. The hands-on experience includes both table and exercises, culminating in an assessment to ensure proficiency.

Welcome to Hospital MIMMS (HMIMMS), the premier course designed for hospital staff involved in planning, training, and managing major incidents. This comprehensive two-day face-to-face program will equip you with essential skills, including understanding the types incidence of major incidents and the importance of effective response planning. Participants will learn implement the seven principles of the CSCATTT approach, focusing on areas such as command, control, communication, and triage that are often overlooked in daily practice Join us to enhance your ability to deliver vital medical support in crisis situations within the hospital setting.

The 1-day Team Provider courses (MIMMS and HMIMMS) offer an essential overview of major incident principles for responders, including nurses, doctors, ambulance staff, firefighters, and clinical personnel. These courses equip participants with the knowledge to effectively to major incidents and is particularly beneficial for those involved in teams. Through a combination of lectures, workshops, and tabletop exercises, attendees will engage with their on scene response plan or their hospital's specific incident plan. Assessment will be conducted via a practical triage test to ensure readiness and competence. This course can also be held at your own site.

Our training program is designed to meet the national ambulance standards set by National Core Standards. We ensure that our operatives are proficient in utilising specialised personal protective equipment, decontamination. Additionally, we offer optional training on decontamination tents to provide a safe and effective response for patients who self-present at hospitals during incidents.
